see the blip that I posted. Thanks for the Rilo Kiley suggestion. I bought Paint's Peeling. I like them well enought to buy an album. Which would you suggest?
Green Day is an excellent suggestion. I have only recently gotten into them and am decided on buying the album. Although, I am waiting to see if my cousin, tsaka got me one for xmas first.
Hmmm. Well, I was going to say Feist's "Mushaboom", for surely that was one of the most brilliant pop songs released this year. But for whatever reason I see that Leslie Feist's debut album is not beieng sold through the iTunes store. Shame.
So, since my French-Canadian fixation of the moment isn't there I'll go French (Makes sense, doesn't it?). Try April March's pleasant little "Cet Air-La" (track 15 on the various artists compilation "Alright, This Time, Just the Girls". I haven't heard the version of her 1995 album, "Chick Habit", so I can't say for sure that it's the same mix).
I knew I could count on you to point me to something I would never find on my own :) The run time on the versions is different by 3 seconds but the clips that itunes featured sounded exactly the same. I bought the one from "Alright, This Time, Just the Girls."
I did a search on both names and didn't find anything on itunes. Where do you usually acquire his stuff? I found a link to cd universe, but if you have a place you like to support, I'll go there.
