and then there was progress. The baby dropped yesterday.

I'm really glad I decided to work from home for that one. She isn't a very kicky baby, but she spent the last 2 days kicking her way down. And the whole thing makes you stretch in uncomfortable places.

And about a week after you get sick and tired of being pregnant and just want her OUT, labor starts. :-) Warm water submersion is your friend (spent my third labor in the bathtub. Mmmmmmm.) And if it suddenly hurts (or hurts more) then you've hit transition and in about an hour you get to let someone ELSE hold the baby. :-)
